How will enemies appear in the worldmap? Or will there even be a world map? Will there be an airship? How will those look at part 2?
The featuees they did are all for midgar. We havent seen anything that can go foe the openworldness od the game. Part 2 is the area where the game becomes "open" but now, we have this chapter select function. Its either they throw this feature out the window or the future installmenta goes linear aswell.
It feels like part 2 is gonna f up. I dont want it to but I just feel it. No concrete basis or anything but I just cant put my finger on it but it really feels like its gonna go wrong somewhere along the line.
Ans if it does, does it give me 3 atb or two? TIA
Does refocus work with atb boost?
Hmm...You'll have to consider though.. Hardedge 2 ATB Gauge to activate
so i should invest on Hardedge instead of Buster Sword?
You can master it faster if you keep staggering enemies.. it will activate the Proficiency Bonus
how about Cloud's Hardedge?
But, HEY! Barret's gATLING gun's Focus shot is ideal for staggering enemies.. not his best weapon, still worth a shot!
Barret's weapon Gatling Gun catches my attention +_+ Sounds like Luffy's Gatling Gun.. Okay, don't mind me,,
It is also important to note that Buster Sword doesn't have any Proficiency Bonus.. so It'll be harder to master compare to other weapons.
To clarify the bonus part, when you strike 3 or more enemies, it'll fill the proficiency bonus faster compare to when you deliver one strike to one enemy.. By doing this, you can master the weapon faster..
Ohh. And, don't forget, there's also a bonus for every weapon.. a weapon bonus when upgraded. For example, Cloud.. His Iron Blade's ability "Triple Strike," Cloud can slash 1-3 enemies at the same time and every hit delivers damage increase. It's bonus is you can strike 3 or more enemies.. Like an AOE physical damage..
Yes. So, when selecting a weapon, you'll want to know in advance what kind of ability will the weapon have when you upgraded it.
so, there's a character ability and a weapon ability (given that it's upgraded)
and in every weapon upgrade, you can learn an ability..
You can upgrade/lvl both. Materia and Weapon alike..

Since you guys are talking about weapons, may I ask if you can upgrade weapon here? or do you upgrade the materia instead?

yeah, it works for Other FFs but not This One.
i hope the wiki will provide list of weapon and armor and its respective elemental attack/resistance.. will help a lot.. is there any kind of.. i don't know, maybe i can send a message to them.. i don't think they will notice just by putting it here in the discussion board. lol.
Elemental resistance is in the remake. You will need the Elemental Materia for this, since the armor won't have any elemental resistance on its own.
As early as Chapter 3, if my memory serves me right
i'm just wondering. is equipment elemental resistance a thing in FF7 remake? or does the materia has this effect? how does elemental resistance work for this game?
When Do I meet Tifa? I just start playing..
