Why is tier list frequently updated yet the online tier list remains unchanged, some characters matchups are non existent, like Sora, Kazuya, etc

I was fight a King K Rool and I lost 0-3, intimidated by his sheer beauty. None can rival K Rool's beauty, therefore my boy should go in the A+ tier. He Rooled me.

Kazuya is totally underrated (so what he is a dlc character) his combo does a lot of damage smash attacks are overpowered if you equip him with the right spirit like max level devil Jin he is S++++++ tier

Zelda She's hard to play, but once you master her and make the enemy react to you, she is just amazing and way higher than D tier
