Soggy Yarn is used to craft plush of Water-type Pokemon in the Plush-o-Matic. The selection of Pokemon you can craft depends on the DLC you have purchased.

You can have a chance to obtain Soggy Yarn by solving puzzles when you Untangle.
If you play for free on the mobile version, you may only Untangle once a day. However, you can play as much as you want in the Switch version or after purchasing the Basic Pack DLC.
