List of Contents
After exiting Eagle's Tower, jump off the ledge while holding the analog stick down so you do not fall into the hole. Go left and into the opening. Continue through this path and blow up the first breakable wall that you will see. Head inside and go up the stairs. Go down, ignore all the chests here, and go outside. Open the nearby chest to get the Secret Seashell #45.
Play Manbo's Mambo and warp to Dampe's Shack. From the warp point, go left, up through the narrow path blocked by boulders, then right until you see a ladder. Climb the ladder and go up to Mt. Tamaranch until you reach the egg. Play the Ballad of the Wind Fish in front of the egg. Go through the opening of the Wind Fish's Egg.
Head north upon entering and jump into the abyss. From the room you landed on, go up, four rooms right, up, two rooms left, then up. You will end up in a room with a circular void in the center.
Jump in it for the final boss, Shadow Nightmare.
Use Magic Powder on him three times and he will transform to his next form.
This form will warp around the room and shoot one of two types of projectiles at you. You can reflect the red projectiles with your sword but you should dodge the blue projectiles as they cannot be reflected. He will always start with a red projectile so be ready to reflect it back.
The easiest way is to use jump attacks to reflect the projectiles after his first attack. This way, you are dodging and attacking at the same time. He will transform again after four reflected projectiles.
Prepare a spin attack as soon as he transforms to this form. Wait until he has transformed completely to Moldorm before hitting him with your spin attack. After it hits, he will spin around so use this chance to unleash another spin attack. Repeat until he transforms again.
Immediately prepare a properly positioned spin attack this time and release it as soon as this form appears. Do it again quickly and after the second spin attack, he will transform again.
He will transform into Lanmola on where he was in his last form so prepare a spin attack and unleash it on him as soon as he reappears. Continue using spin attacks while staying at the center of the room. After defeating this form, he transforms into his final form.
Equip the Roc's Feather and bow for this battle. Jump when his arms are about to hit you but stay on the center so you can easily attack him. When he fully opens his eye, shoot it twice. Repeat these steps regardless of how fast his arms move.
After defeating his final form, ascend the stairs that will appear for the final cutscene. After the cutscene and the credits, save your cleared file to any slot.
