Nah bro, it's because his basic attack deals Imaginary DMG equal to 100% of Acheron's ATK to a single enemy. That's what Game8 says at least 😂
I would say it depends. Mine easily deals around 8k dmg with his basic attack without having a lot of buffs so it's quite a lot for a sustainer ig (well, 6lev basic atk does its job). One rule — a lot of def and crit dmg (+ 48% crit rate from his bonus ability) and he's great. His skill is a main priority, it's obvious, but if you want him to act like a subdps and a sustainer you can also level up his basic atk if you can afford it. He's quite worth investing in tbh

A powerful sustain for sure, but underrated? What are you talking about? People aren't underestimating his abilities so I don't know where you got that from. If we're talking about underrated, Asta is a good example. Lots of people sing praises about Robin but a good number of people forget about the girl who can speed up teams and squeeze more turns in a cycle.
He is THE sustain to be honest. 1,500 HP worth shield for the whole team is already enough for most content, he can further add 400+ HP worth of shield periodically every 1-3 turn for free. I have a fully built Fu Xuan, yet I have always used him in every team that is not Mono Quantum for literally every kind of content. Underrated broken character!
