I can agree with you on that. If I’m being honest I only got Argenti for pure fiction. I was trying to say he’s better than DHIL or jingliu, just that he’s still a super good dps. MoC always shifts and since Dr.ratio is coming next, the content their will most definitely be single target. My main point was that if you can get his ult up quickly he can still kill a single elite/boss because it hits like truck
As always - if you like the characters, play them and have fun. I personally am not a fan of Pure AOE DPS in this game, I always prefer killing bosses quickly over killing normal enemies quickly. Since ordinary opponents in this game pose practically no threat if your group is well assembled, For this reason, I prefer versatility, and characters that can normally hit both in AOE and Single target.

that’s what I said, in single target he sucks but when it’s aoe you can’t deny that he absolutely stomps both jingliu and Dan heng. Hunt characters also suck in aoe so it’s not just Argenti. His ult is still very good for bosses and chuncky enemies even if their only one (unless you mean regular). My pony still stands that he does not completely lose to jingliu or Dan heng and still holds value especially if you want an easy pure fiction experience.
It doesn't work, speed has nothing to do with it, it fits very well into the new game mode as an AOE DPS, but when it comes to fat, lonely opponents, he sags very badly. And I have Hohuo as a damage buffer, I want to say where you need to kill lonely fat opponents, my Jingliu goes through like a knife through butter, and Argenti just gets stuck.
Won 2 argenti so E1 seems very strong.

yup it works. Argenti doesn’t actually need huo huo, she’s more of a comfort sustain for energy but it she actually needed.
Also their is new endgame content called pure fiction in which Argenti is the best dps for it and a new path that puts him on par with others in SU. The only set back he has is MoC which works for the current banner characters so when it’s aoe, charcacters like seele will flop while when it’s single target, Argenti and Jing yuan will flop but that being said, the high dmg of his ult can make up for it and still makes him usable against chunky enemies.
he makes up for it with how quickly he can get his ult even without huo huo. Granted, he’s erudation so of course he’s bad a single target, just like seele, topaz and even dr ratio are horrible at aoe. His aoe is >>>>>> jingliu and DHIL aoe so he doesn’t completely lose to them. His skill, while not the best can still do somewhat decent dmg and his 90 ult can get rid of weaker mobs while his 180 can destroy stronger ones. He does the same amounts of dmg as the others just in one turn.
First impressions, the damage is higher than Clara's, which is not surprising. He has high AOE damage, but absolutely disgusting low damage to one target, so unfortunately he loses completely to Lunae and Jingliu. The character is good, but unfortunately not without flaws, as a person who has Jing Yuan, They have the same problem, namely in the focus of one target or boss, but the damage per 1 target is higher for Jing Yuan, Argenti's single-target damage is simply disgustingly low.
I don’t have huo huo so is using fu xuan a good replacement? I’m using loucha with DHIL.
to be fair Jing yuan was already powercreept, that being said he is still super good and will continue to be especially in pure fiction.

Got him now. Now 20 days of grinding to get his LC. Wow he gets his 50% Ult every turn with Bronya and Tingyun and i'm using GR LC (for now)
