Midventurine mains classic, provides poop damage, with mediocre effect res to compensate for lack of cleanse, now compare that to huohuo who gives 40% attk, infinite cleanse, and 20 energy to all, yeah, not even close. Kinda sad that people would waste their jades on him tbh
people really bad at understading the power of units, they also thought acheron was going to be another argenti just like we have people thinking firefly is going to be weak or bad
people really underestimated him during his beta. I still remember how people thought he was gonna be the worst sustain. Turns out it’s the opposite lol. Fu xuan all over again ig.
not a stretch, Robin + Aventurine duo is said to be the same as Fu xuan + Tingyun + Sparkle for Jing yuan and potentially pulls slightly ahead. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s like that for more teams too.

yah aventurine is insane ill go further beyond probably best sustain in game rn
personally I find that aventurine will be better. Like most have said before me, he does everything at once and you can take him anywhere. It also seems like he’ll be working the bets with Jade and screwllum too if those are any you plan to go for. This might be a stretch but he’s also BiS sustain for Robin if you plan to put her anywhere other than the premium fua team since she kinda needs fua to help with her massive ult cost.
I'm at 30 pity, literally 30 jades, and trying to get Aven, Robin, Firefly, Sparkle and Jiaoqiu, time to use my next 30 years worth of luck
I guess in 3.x or in the future patches same shit will happen as well. The game is probably gonna go the same path like genshin where they suddenly decided to release an OP character (Neuvillette). atleast the powercreep isn't that bad in this game unlike in honkai impact lol.
honestly, both Fu Xuan and Aventurine are on par, and probably Aventurine pulling ahead a bit. he just does everything (sp positive, does dmg, debuff, tanky ahh shield, increase CRIT dmg) he's all in one. although, Fu Xuan does the same, she doesn't really take well with big heavy AOE. I suggest watch some gameplay and decide which one you like the most

yes I’m excited for that too! I decided I’d be going for the FUA premium team after seeing a showcase (not sure if it was rm or Robin but if it was the former than that means Robin is gonna make it even easier) with ratio/topaz/Aventurine 0 cycling during beta.
gives a very shield too! I didn’t take a spec of dmg when I tested him in G&G and MoC. His shields never run out for me even with Sparkle advancing my dps. Only weakness is Singke target boss since he isn’t as sp+ but even then it’s barely noticeable! So glad I pulled him ❤️
luocha pullers are so mad rn, aventurine destroys Luocha for everything lol...

only one who thinks he’s mid is you lol and it’s probably cause he’s not a waifu. Everyone else, even cc (tho I don’t think their opinions matter cause they’re biased) acknowledges him as S+ in every game mode. Who wouldn’t? Sp+, does decent dmg for a sustain, synergy with practically everyone, debuffs and can potentially make your team cc/debuff immune.
depends on the teams you wanna play tbh. I personally find them equal since they both sustain MoC just fine but he can offer more offense in other modes.
I have both and fu xuan is better. If you want to go for a better sustainer, wait for huohuo not this guy.
