He is FINALLY in the tier he should 'S' no less no more, he is good but his kit mechanics isn't very dependable like the need heal multi chars team, even his E2shield it's paper thin

And honestly, if you feel like it's enough then it is enough, it gets the job done and there's no other issues.

i ditched speed to get 4.2k atk and 4.3k hp 💀 is 1500ish heals good enough during field?
skill issue. game is ez enough to 0 cycle sustainless btw.
isn't mine, but the player have him w more than 3k ATK, with also his LC, Luocha heal isn't reliable and if the enemy does group dmg it's even worse! Huohuo is far superior on sustain against high dmg healing the party, and she buffs w skill, and clean debuff at E0, can also gets team 40% ATK w Burst and w E2 revives 2 times, Luocha is super limited
how much is your attack on him?
He iISNT a SS supporter better than HuoHuo! I add one random that have him E6, full build it and w an average equipment sert his support lets my chars die if is a high hit, my HuoHuo E1 NEVER HAD THIS HAPPENED, Review his use in team cause it's overestimated and your recommendation as SS above HuoHuo, misleads people in preferer him over better supporter available
