How to Get Characters in Solo Leveling Arise

Draw Hunters from Gacha

The common way to get characters is to pull from the Gacha system in the game. Press the ticket icon on the top right of your screen to access the gacha screen and trade Essence Stones for Draw Tickets which is your main currency for drawing characters.

The banners have a Draw Support where the rate of characters increase after 64 draws and an SSR character is guaranteed to appear after 80 draws. Draw Support will reset after you get an SSR character.

Solo Leveling Arise - Special Banner

Rate Up Banners boosts the rate up of a specific character featured in that banner for about 0.6000% compared to the regular rate of other SSR characters which is 0.04286%.

These banners expire after some time where they will be replaced by a different rate up banner featuring a different character as a rate up.

Custom Draw

Solo Leveling Arise - Gacha

Custom Draw is a special banner where you can choose up to 4 characters or weapons from the selection list to have a rate up.

The rate up percent will become 0.1500% for chosen characters or weapons while it'll stay at 0.04286% for the SSR characters you didn't choose.

Custom Draw also has a Draw Support but is a little different from other Draw Supports:

  • An SSR is guaranteed to appear within 80 draws, and the count will reset upon acquisition.
  • Starting with the 64th draw of the Draw Support, the draw rate of the SSR increases by 5.8% each time.
  • When acquiring an SSR from the Draw Support, the 50% rate is divided among the 4 SSRS on the Selection List by 1/N, and the remaining 50% is divided by 1/N among the SSRS on the list excluding the selected Selection List.
  • If the SSR obtained through Draw Support is not the one on the Selection List, there's a 25% chance to obtain 1 of the 4 SSRS on the Selection List on the next Draw Support.

Obtain Choi Jong-In from Purchase Bonus

Solo Leveling Arise - Purchase Bonus

You can obtain Choi Jong-In from the Bonus section of the shop after purchasing items 10 times using real money. Note that there's a time limit for this before it's gone so if you want Choi Jong-In on your roster, purchase items in the game 10 times.

Note that total purchases will accumulate up to 3 times per day so you have to purchase other items on different days.
