A quick update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) and Warzone 2.0 released overnight on December 16, 2022 which has decreased the number of crashes across all platforms. Read on to learn more about the update and how to download the fix!

Decreased Crashes on All Platforms

According to a recent tweet on December 16, 2022 by Infinity Ward, they have addressed concerns of a number users crashing while playing the game and released a hotfix overnight which significantly reduces game crashes across all platforms.

Steam and Battle.Net users will have to log-in their accounts and the update will automatically be downloaded and installed to their game.
