Method: Go into your in-game settings and go down to shortcut cut 2 and and press X and select game speed 30% from the list and activate it in the challenge, I was able to do the challenge and get Gold in 47 seconds..

Personally, I prefer hopping off the ledge, then using triangle to pull them to where I am and just let them fall

Oh web swing attack them off and web strike to close distance... been there tried that. Game sucks at targeting so half the time you either hit the same enemy you already knocked of or you flat out miss. Not to mention being under constant gun and rpg fire on top of the poison at half obj. It is ,imo, impossible to do in under 60 seconds. Under 70-80 seconds? Now that seems like a feasible gold challenge.
