How to Complete The Ever Gleaming Regalia

How to Begin

You need to complete The Ever Elegant Regalia first to begin this sidequest. Visit Cindy at Hammerhead, and she will ask you to head to Alstor Slough to collect the Fiberglass Coating that she needs.

Fiberglass Coating

Go to Alstor Slough, and look for a wrecked black car near a house. Search for the Fiberglass Coating near the door of the car. Once found, head back to Cindy at Hammerhead.

Talk to Cindy

Upon returning to Hammerhead, go straight to Cindy and hand over the Fiberglass Coating to complete the sidequest.
