Dropped by a Scarab at the bottom of the Rampart Tower in Stormveil Castle. To reach this area, you will need to solve the jump puzzle guarded by Warhawks outside the Rampart Tower site of grace. The area with the Scarab is patrolled by a Crucible Knight.

How to Use Storm Assault

Used to Leap and Attack Enemies from Above

Similar to the Ash of Halberd-wielding Banished Knights, Storm Assault allows you to conjure a zoning, AoE wind attack, before leaping and slamming your weapon to the ground. Best used when fighting in close quarters to ensure the leap attack connects (since only this attack deals damage). You also get decent hyper armor while airborne.
