You can get them in Pokémon Legends Arceus on January 28th, if you have sword or shield, and brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl save data in your system. They will appear after completing the main story. Or from Pokémon Home.

You’re welcome, also Shaymin (you could of got it glitched but it’s patched now) and Darkrai (glitching, it was never there on it’s island) are also unavailable to get in game, they also not needed to complete the dex.
