if you want to be toxic just buy the dlc LOL, but seriously though in fighter pass two you get kazuya steve pyra&mythra and sora if you want to be any more toxic just use olimar
why is kazuya a+ I think he should be s tier easy just because he has endless moves and you can play competitive casual online or toxic with him
