    Whimstar 42 appears inaccurate. I got that chest, but I am still missing one whimstar and that location doesn't have a whimstar marking for me on my map.

    There's a tree north of the Wish Celebration Center tower, that tree has a platform and you can see a cannon on it. At the base of the tree on the southern end is a bounce leaf. If you shrink and use the bounce leaf, you can just make it onto the platform, and use the cannon to launch yourself onto the tower.
