When you land on the tile they're standing on, they'll pay you Cash in return.

Rent Frenzy lasts for 30 Minutes if activated during the 6-hour timeline.

Note that you must login during the Flash Event's timeline to start the Rent Frenzy as it doesn't get activated until you open the game.

Rent Frenzy Expires After 6 Hours If Not Activated

Flash Events have a 6-hour time limit. Once this time passes, you won't be able to activate it, as it will have already expired.
