Details

FF XII Dr. Cid
Dr. Cid is accompanied by 4 Rooks when you first fight him. When the Rooks are active, Cid is immune to damage of any kind. The battle will also end abruptly once Dr. Cid's HP is at 25%.

Moveset

FF XII Dr. Cid
Dr. Cid's special move is when he uses the S-27 Tokamak. It can deal 1000+ damage to the whole party, but he only uses it once all 4 Rooks are destroyed.

Self: MP <10% Ether

Strategy

FF XII Dr. Cid
There is no special strategy neede dfor the fight, aside from not having any party members use Offensive Magicks. The Rooks can cast Reflect on themselves. Because of this, using an AoE Magick will literally spell trouble for your party.

Inflicting Berserk on your damager is optional, since the increased damage output is hard not to take advantage of. However, it may make the character charge Cid instead of the Rooks, making it a double-edged sword. If Berserk is not in your party's bag of tricks, better replace the Time Mage with another equally heavy-hitting character.
