Your goal is to run outside the safe zone and reach as far as you can. When the NPCs catch you, they will turn you into random Brainrots, depending on your luck!
You can outrun them by upgrading your Speed later.

After you get turned into brainrots, ready yourself as you need to run away immediately from the NPC and back to your base. If the NPC catches you, it's a reset!

Once you're back in your base, place the brainrot from your backpack on any of the available spaces to make it start generating cash every second. You can collect the money by stepping on the green pad!
Each brainrot have their own rarity. The rarer the brainrot, the higher the money generated! Mutations can also sometimes occur on the brainrot you've obtained, which is essentially a multplier modifier that lets you earn even more money!
You can also upgrade your brainrot by clicking or tapping on the yellow signage itself in front of it. The amount it will gain is also displayed on the same sign.

Rebirth is a major mechanic that permanently increases all cash multiplier on your base, and access stronger Lucky Blocks from the shop stall. Each Rebirth costs in-game cash, and the level increases Cash Multiplier by x1, but you can also skip the cost via premium currency.
You can undergo rebirth by clicking on the Rebirth button on the right side of your screen!

As you gain more cash, you will be able to upgrade your speed from the upgrade stall. As a rule of thumb, each farther base you can reach has an increment of more than ~20 speed.
Prioritize upgrading speed to reach farther bases and get even rarer brainrots!

Gain better chances of obtaining rarer brainrots by increasing your multiplier for Luck, which is affected by the Lucky Block you're using.
You can buy a Lucky Block on the shop nearby the Speed upgrade. Note that rarer Lucky Blocks require you to Rebirth before you can buy them.

If your brainrot slots are full, increase your base's capacity by clicking on the signage in front. Once your base reaches the required level, it will add a ladder at the back and another floor.

Even if you're offline, you can still generate cash while you're away. Once you log back in, you can claim your passive earnings! You can also pay with premium currency to increase the money gained.
