Digimon UP Gameplay
Digimon UP’s gameplay has not yet been fully detailed, but currently released official material indicates that it centers on raising and managing Digimon in a manner consistent with its virtual pet roots. Here, players care for their Digimon through a Tamagotchi-style system, tending to their needs and helping them grow and Digivolve over time, which in turn affects their strength for 3v3 battles with other Tamers.
The game also incorporates collectible Digimon cards and Digivices, though the precise mechanics of how these items interact with other gameplay systems have not yet been disclosed.
Digimon UP Story
Digimon UP is built around the theme of "a Digimon Journey that moves with your life," according to the game’s official announcement and website. It remains unclear, however, whether Digimon UP will have a conventional story campaign akin to other Digimon World titles beyond its monster-raising framework.
Players, though, will receive Digimon partners and take on the responsibility of feeding and training these creatures, with the goal of fostering its growth through multiple evolutionary stages up to Mega Digivolution.
