Fire Emblem Shadows launched with 14 playable characters on its roster. There's a good mix of different classes and weapon types among the different disciples, though currently Lyn is the only Bow user and can be obtained as part of the Wind of the Plains Season Pass.
How to Unlock Characters
Obtain 12 Character Souls
You can unlock a character after collecting its 12 Souls. You can get their Souls by progressing through the Story (Book), both in Light and Shadow. You can progress through the story if you obtain Story Fragments from battle.

Anonymous 3 monthsSo we're missing the bow infantry girl(rabbit) from the opening. Also not counting Lyn and Dimitri. For OCs, we don't have: infantry axe, lance, tome, claws, stone(dragon); flying axe, lance, claws, bow, staff; armor sword, tome, claws, stone, bow, staff; mount sword, lance, tome, bow, stone
