Everything We Know About It's Only Money
It's Only Money Story Plot
It’s Only Money puts a chaotic, anti-hero twist on the heist formula made famous by games like PAYDAY and films like Ocean’s Eleven—but with a lot less subtlety and a lot more firepower. Set in the fictional city of Rockhaven, specifically its rat-infested, crumbling undercity, this game lets you team up with up to three other players for a co-op crime spree. Your goal? To take down the corrupt new mayor and liberate the city, one grimy block at a time.
You’ll be stealing from the mayor’s businesses, sabotaging his projects, and stirring up chaos for his cronies as you claw back control of Rockhaven. With its fast-paced, action-packed approach to the classic heist genre, It’s Only Money offers an explosive and gritty adventure you won’t want to miss.
It's Only Money Gameplay
It’s Only Money is an open-world, third-person co-op multiplayer sandbox where you and your friends get to stir up trouble for Rockhaven's corrupt government. While the overarching goal is to liberate the city, the gameplay is mostly freeform, letting you roam and wreak havoc however you see fit. Imagine the chaos of the GTA series, but with a twist—the only reason your actions are "illegal" is because the man in charge is corrupt.
Whether you’re staging daring heists, going on wild joyrides, or building your own hideout to plot your next move, the game offers plenty of ways to take down the mayor. You can even recruit allies from the undercity, growing your own army of rebels determined to make the upper echelon take notice.
But it’s not all about business. If you’d rather spend your ill-gotten gains on customization, It’s Only Money has you covered. Trick out your character, home, or ride, or indulge in the game’s lighter side by gambling on snail races, playing mini-games, and tackling a variety of side missions in this content-packed world.
