Nintendo Switch Japan-Exclusives
Reynatis
Reynatis is a captivating action RPG developed by FuRyu and Natsume Atari. The game transports players to the vibrant streets of Shibuya, where magic and supernatural forces exist. At the heart of its story are two compelling protagonists: Marin Kirizumi and Sari Nishijima.
Reynatis launches both physically and digitally in Japan for the Switch, PS5, and PS4 on July 25, 2024.
UPDATE: Reynatis was announced to be coming to the US as well in Fall 2024 for the Switch, PS5, PS4, and PC via Steam.
Mother 3
Mother 3 is an RPG developed by HAL Laboratory and Brownie Brown, released in 2006. It is the third and final installment in the Mother/Earthbound series. The game follows Lucas, a young boy from Nowhere Islands, as he embarks on a journey to prevent an evil force known as the Pigmask Army from having full control of the world.
The game comes to the Switch in Japan some time in 2024.
The New Denpa Men RPG Free!
Developed by Genius Sonority, The New Denpa Men RPG Free!—the newest installment in The Denpa Men RPG series—invites players into a whimsical world populated by charming creatures known as Denpa Men. Players form parties with fellow Denpa Men, each possessing various abilities and skills, to go on a journey to rescue their kidnapped family members from the clutches of a powerful enemy.
Featuring dungeon crawling, turn-based combat, puzzle challenges, and more, The New Denpa Men RPG Free! releases in Japan for free soon in 2024.
Shin-chan: Shiro of Coal Town
Shin-chan: Shiro of Coal Town is an adventure game based on the manga and anime series Crayon Shin-chan. The game follows Shin-chan and his friends as they explore the fictional Coal Town on a slice-of-life journey, encountering colorful characters and various challenges and missions.
Shin-chan: Shiro of Coal Town is available now exclusively for the Switch in Japan.
GameCenter CX Arino no Chousenjou 1 + 2 Replay (Retro Game Challenge 1 +2 Replay)
GameCenter CX Arino no Chousenjou 1 + 2 Replay, is a remasted collection of game titles "GameCenter CX: Arino no Chousenjou" and its sequel—"GameCenter CX: Arino no Chousenjou 2"—based on the Japanese television show GameCenter CX, aka Retro Game Master outside of Japan.
Players control Shinya Arino as he takes on various retro video game challenges. Guide Arino through a series of games, each presenting its own unique set of obstacles and puzzles.
Originally released as Nintendo DS titles, the remastered collection is available now on the Switch for players in Japan.
Fitness Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku: Isshoni Exercise
Exercise with Vocaloid star, Hatsune Miku, in this installment of the Fit Boxing series. Fitness Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku: Isshoni Exercise is a boxing-inspired rhythm game where players perform boxing moves and exercises to the songs of Miku—with her calling out the moves, of course.
Fitness Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku: Isshoni Exercise launches exclusively for the Switch in March 7, 2024 in Japan.
Dragon Quest X
Dragon Quest X is an MMORPG originally released for Nintendo Wii in 2012. Set in the fictional land of Astoltia, players create their own customizable characters and embark on an epic adventure filled with dungeon quests, boss battles, raides, and exploration.
Dragon Quest X launches on the Switch in March 21, 2024 for Japan, featuring cross-platform play with consoles including Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PC, PS4, and mobile.
Hokkaido Rensa Satsujin Ohotsuku ni Kiyu (Remake)
Hokkaido Rensa Satsujin Ohotsuku ni Kiyu is a point-and-click visual novel adventure game featuring detective-themed narratives and gameplay mechanics. An installment in Hokkaido Rensa Satsujin series, players take on the role of a detective solving a series of murder cases in the Hokkaido region of Japan.
Originally released for Japanese PCs in the 1980s, Hokkaido Rensa Satsujin Ohotsuku ni Kiyu remake relaunches in Japan on the Switch and PC in Summer 2024.

Endless Ocean Luminous
Endless Ocean Luminous is an underwater diving adventure game. Players explore the depths of the mysterious Veiled Sea, either on their own or with up to 30 players online multiplayer. Players can also interact with marine animals, with over 500 different species to encounter.
Endless Ocean Luminous releases in May 2, 2024 for Nintendo Switch.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance features an all-new route and ending in the form of "Canon of Vengeance", along with the original game's "Canon of Creation" route. Two divergent stories unfold and players can expect a familiar storyline that changes drastically in the latter half of the game.
Originally launched for the Switch in 2021, the game follows the protagonist, the Nahobino, in a post-apocalyptic Tokyo caught in a war between various demon factions and otherworldly forces inspired by different mythologies.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance release in June 21, 2024.
GUNDAM BREAKER 4
GUNDAM BREAKER 4 is a hack and slash looter game where players can create their own Gunpla and fight waves of enemies and bosses. The game goes back to the franchise's roots, giving players vast freedom in assembling their Gunpla with a variety of mobile suits and parts of any Gundam Breaker game to date.
Play solo or with up to three players in co-op multiplayer as GUNDAM BREAKER 4 releases soon in 2024 for the Swich, PC, PS4, and PS5.
Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble
Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble is a platformer runner game featuring hazardous, dynamic 3D stages. Join AiAi and friends to compete against 16 players online in multiple game modes as you aim to become Top Banana. The game also features a 4 player co-op mode and an all-new Adventure Mode where
Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble rolls up the Switch in June 25, 2024.
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is a narrative-driven musical adventure game featuring the children's book character Moomin. Play as Snufkin, a carefree and nature-loving wanderer, as he embarks on a journey through the picturesque landscapes of Moominvalley. Encounter familiar faces from the Moomin universe along the way whom will join you on your journey.
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley releases in March 7, 2024 for the Switch and PC.
Monster Hunter Stories
Monster Hunter Stories is a spinoff RPG in the Monster Hunter series initially released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2016. Unlike the mainline titles in the series, Monster Hunter Stories features turn-based combat. Players take on the role of a Rider, and go on a journey to unravel mysteries and become a legend.
The game comes to the Switch, PC, and PS4 in Summer 2024, with refined graphics, a new Museum mode, and more.
Unicorn Overlord
Unicorn Overlord is a tactical fantasy RPG by Atlus and Vanillaware, featuring turn-based RPG combat system that allows you to place individual units into formation and form ranks. Embark on a journey through enchanting landscapes, and encounter various creatures, challenges, and puzzles along the way. As the unicorn protagonist, players must harness their magical abilities and overcome obstacles to restore peace and harmony to their kingdom.
The game releases in March 8, 2024 for the Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S
Pocket Card Jockey: Ride On! (Remastered)
Pocket Card Jockey: Ride On! is a game combining horseracing and Solitaire card gameplay, developed by Pokémon creators Game Freak. Players start as a rookie jockey with dreams of reaching the top of the racing world.
Initially released for the Nintendo 3DS, then mobile, the remastered version of Pocket Card Jockey: Ride On! is available now for the Switch along with a demo.
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is an upcoming remake of the action-adventure platformer—Epic Mickey—released for the Wii in 2010. The game follows Disney iconic character, Mickey Mouse, on an epic journey through the Wasteland, a decaying world where forgotten and rejected Disney characters reside.
Mickey Mouse makes use of a brush to manipulate the environment, restore and create objects and characters, and wipe out enemies with. Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is coming to Nintendo Switch some time in 2024.
Contra: Operation Galuga
This is a remastered version of the 80s NES/arcade game, Contra: Operation Galuga. The remaster of the classic run-'n'-gun action game features its timeless gameplay and iconic weapons and characters, with modern graphics and sound, new stages, enemies and bosses, and mechanics.
Battle it out against the Red Falcon terrorist group in the Galuga Archipelago as Bill Rizer, Lance Bean, Ariana, Lucia, Lt. Stanley Ironside, and Probotector in different game modes—Story Mode for up to 2-player co-op and 4-player Arcade Mode.
Contra: Operation Galuga releases for the Switch in March 12, 2024. The game has demo and is also available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream
Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream is an action game based on the Sword Art Online series. The game features solo and online co-op modes, where you play as the series' characters in 20-player raids to defeat powerful enemies.
Jam packed with quests, high-level raids, and robust character customization, Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream releases soon in 2024.
