FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time Gameplay
As a social slow-life RPG, FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time involves players creating their own personalized avatar, with the flexibility to modify their appearance at any time through the in-game Guild. The game incorporates the "Lives" system, wherein players can adopt various roles such as Paladin, Miner, or Angler, each offering distinct skills and activities.
Central to the game is the ability to shape and develop a personal island within the continent of Ginormosia. Players can modify the island’s terrain, wallpapers, and flooring options. Moreover, the game also features dynamic dungeons known as Treasure Groves, which players can cultivate on their islands. These dungeons have ever-changing layouts and challenges—which includes the rare materials and adversaries therein.
Combat and crafting are integral components of the gameplay. Depending on their chosen Life, players can engage in battles using swords, bows, or magic. The crafting system enables the creation of various items, including weapons, armor, furniture, meals, potions, and artworks, corresponding to the selected profession.
With cross-platform multiplayer support, the game lets up to four players explore islands together online, or two players team up for local co-op. Players can collaborate on adventures or simply enjoy each other's customized islands.
FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time Story
The game sees players embark on an adventure alongside the archaeologist Edward. Guided by a fossilized dragon, they discover an uncharted island. As they approach, a Dark Dragon attacks them, prompting the fossil to awaken as a Bone Dragon. The two follow the Bone Dragon through a mysterious gate, and they arrive in a rather "lively and peaceful place."
Here, they are introduced to Rem, a curious girl from a distant kingdom, who requests the protagonist to "destroy the gear" using a Bone Collar, though her intentions remain unclear. Her brother, Ranoah, is a young king known for his leadership and calm demeanor, especially concerning matters related to Rem. Additionally, Trip, a blue bird accompanying Edward, gains the ability to speak after acquiring a translation device upon arriving on the island.
This Bone Dragon possesses the ability to traverse time. It will play a pivotal role as players seek to uncover the island’s mysteries and the true purpose behind Rem’s request.
