Crystal of Atlan Overview
Crystal of Atlan is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online action role-playing game (MMO ARPG) developed and published by Nuverse. Following its initial release in China on July 14, 2023, the game launched globally on May 28, 2025, across PC, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android platforms.
In a society where magic and machinery coexist, players become adventurers, confronting various factions such as the Magitech Institute, the Stavo Family, and Maxwell Industries. They must then uncover the secrets of Atlan’s fractured history and strive to restore harmony in a divided world.
Crystal of Atlan’s combat incorporates both ground and aerial moves that make use of a 3D XYZ axis for a more comprehensive range of attack angles. Players can choose from five main classes—Swordsman, Musketeer, Puppeteer, Magister, and Fighter—each with two subclasses and over 20 skills. The game features cooperative multiplayer elements, including co-op dungeons and a guild fleet system, as well as competitive PvP modes such as 1v1 and 3v3 battles.

Crystal of Atlan Gameplay
Crystal of Atlan features five main classes—Puppeteer, Swordsman, Musketeer, Magister, and Fighter—each branching into two subclasses. For instance, the Musketeer class can evolve into the Bounty Hunter that specializes in ranged attacks with revolvers.
Moreover, there’s a great emphasis on fluidity and verticality in Crystal of Atlan. Utilizing a 3D XYZ axis design, players can execute attacks from multiple angles and incorporate aerial combos. Each class offers over 20 skills and 10 skill slots for players to tinker with and approach various combat scenarios.
Players can also participate in co-op dungeons and guild fleet activities with other players. There are also PvP modes, such as 1v1 and 3v3 battles.
