Beyond her high firepower and mobility, Katya’s striking visual design and unique animations make her a strong addition to many squads.
Players eager to recruit Katya can find her featured on the Indigo Crescendo banner, running from July 10 to August 21, 2025. She will pair especially well with support operatives like Tess – Phantasia for maximizing Frost-type damage potential.
Katya – Rhapsody: Starlove Vow
Katya – Rhapsody will also receive an exclusive Covenant outfit during the same period, titled "Starlove Vow." This stunning ensemble features a form-fitting wedding gown adorned with sparkling blue gemstones, shimmering fabrics, and sheer, translucent materials that perfectly highlight Katya’s alluring elegance and dynamic presence.
Beyond its dazzling visuals, the outfit unlocks a special amusement park interactable scene where players can enjoy a rhythm minigame amidst glowing parade floats before joining Katya for an intimate moment atop the Ferris wheel, where she pledges her eternal vow.
"Starlove Vow" will be available in the in-game Shop from July 10 to August 21, 2025, offering Katya fans a chance to deepen their bond with her through both stunning visuals and heartfelt storytelling.
Tess – Phantasia Giveaway For All Players!
Next up on the list, Snowbreak: Containment Zone is also giving away the 5-star operator Tess and her exosuit, Phantasia, to all players who log in during the event starting from July 24, 2025. Yes, you read that right—this high-rarity operator comes free, along with her exclusive Logistics Squad, making it easier than ever for players to strengthen their teams.
Tess is a support operator specializing in significantly boosting Frost-type damage for allies. Her support skills scale with the number of shots fired, making her an excellent partner for operatives who wield high fire-rate weapons.

New Events, Stories and Modes
Concord Ode
A brand-new event story, Concord Ode, will be available once the new version goes live on July 10, 2025. Players who have completed Main Story Chapter 1, Progress 6 will be eligible to dive into this fresh chapter and explore the unfolding narrative.
Garden Mayhem
For the Plants vs. Zombies fans out there, Snowbreak: Containment Zone is introducing an event with a similar twist. Centered around Eatchel and her deep-seated disdain for vegetables, the Adjutant and crew craft a virtual reality game where players must collect, grow, and upgrade vegetables to fend off waves of enemies and prove veggies can be fun!
Garden Mayhem runs from July 17 to August 21, 2025, so grab your farmer’s hat and get ready to defend your garden in style!
Bluff or Blush
Bluff or Blush is a thrilling new event inviting players to test their wits in a high-stakes card game against the operatives. The event features two modes: Standard Game, where players earn experience, and Mystery Royale, which unlocks after getting through enough of the game and introduces random mystery effects each round for added strategic depth.
It is played with a deck of various suits. When a round starts, a suit is chosen as the target and players get five cards. Players then secretly play 1-3 cards face down in turn, claiming that they match the target suit. Suspicious turns can be called bluffs, which triggers some very dramatic cutscenes.
If the bluff fails, the challenger is penalized; if it succeeds, the bluffing player is punished. Punishment in this mode is done by taking one of three drinks; two are safe options, while the last one is the Secret Blend that will result in elimination if chosen. The last player standing wins, although the game immediately ends if the player himself is eliminated.
The game also tracks players’ actions to generate a Style Rating based on their aggressiveness in calling bluffs, resilience in withstanding them, momentum in their drive to play, and luck in avoiding elimination. This makes each match a fun mix of strategy and courage.
Star Master
A new area, Builder Island, and base builder mode are launching in Snowbreak: Containment Zone, offering players a fresh way to earn rewards. On Builder Island, the Adjutant can teleport to different locations to capture units and run business operations to generate Builder Coins. These coins are spent to construct and upgrade buildings, while employees are assigned to manage them, balancing key attributes like Influence, Entertainment, and Service Quality. Each employee has unique strengths, so choosing the right team is essential to maximize profits and progress.
This permanent game addition will be launched on July 10, 2025.
Goldrush Party
The popular monopoly-style minigame returns from July 10 to August 21, 2025. Compete to amass the most gold and achieve ultimate victory!
New Base Area – The Cozy Parlor
A brand-new area will be added to the Base with the launch of the upcoming version. Known as the "Cozy Parlor," this stylish bar-inspired space brings a vibrant, interactive atmosphere to the game. It’s divided into themed sections where players can bond with the girls through activities like cocktail mixing, live band sessions, stage performances, and more. With its variety of engaging content, the Cozy Parlor adds a fresh social dimension to the Base, deepening player immersion and enhancing the sense of connection with the cast.
Special cutscenes, including an introductory scene when the player first visits the mini-bar, will be available at the Cozy Parlor.
A furniture set will also become available for players by participating in the Buff of Blush from the Cozy Parlor. This Cozy Parlor Furniture Set may require specific exosuits to be owned by the player, however, at least for them to be usable.
Login Rewards, and Other Bonuses
This is the check-in event where players can get a copy of Tess - Phantasia, as well as her signature Logistics Squad. It will start from the 24th of July until the version’s end on August 21.
Other rewards include free gacha pulls, supplies, and two separate tickets—a Manifestation Invitation Letter for a free 5-star operative, and an Advanced Weapon Bay for a 5-star weapon. Players can choose from a lineup of high-rarity exosuits and weapons released from launch up to the Azure Paradise event (including Katya – Dawnwing). And that’s just the beginning; this anniversary celebration has even more in store for players.
Snowbreak: Containment Zone’s anniversary version livestream, which was broadcasted on June 26, 2025, also came with a few redeemable codes that players can still use. These codes will expire on August 21, 2025, so be quick!
