With a unique cel-shaded aesthetic combined with the bloody and brutal atmosphere of constant bloodshed, the dark fantasy anime vibes have never been portrayed as well as this.
The combat is as intense as it looks, offering a combo-heavy and fast-paced version of the familiar Soulslike combat formula, along with massive, cinematic boss fights to encapsulate the gameplay experience. To cap it off, the compelling narrative centered around vengeance is upfront and emotional, which is considered rare to find in a genre that loves to be obscure.
