Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered Gameplay
The gameplay of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered revolves around high-speed mecha battles, completing sets of faction-specific missions, and mobile suit customization. Players take on the role of a pilot from one of the game’s factions - Earth Alliance, Zodiac Alliance of Freedom Treaty (ZAFT), or Archangel - and engage in battles following the Bloody Valentine tragedy.
Combat focuses on melee and ranged battles, with players able to switch between different weapons depending on their preference or situation. The game also features a mobile suit tuning system, where players collect points by completing missions and spend it on upgrading their mobile suits and weapons. With over 100 mobile suits to upgrade and modify across the Gundam SEED series, players can unlock and customize their favorite mechs.
The remastered version did not change any gameplay mechanics from the original game but added lock-on mode, controller settings, and improved user interface (UI) for a better gameplay experience.
Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered Story
Set within the Cosmic Era of CE 71 to 73, players will follow the series after the Bloody Valentine tragedy, where the Earth Alliance launched an unprecedented nuclear strike on the Junius Seven colony. This event led to the eventual retaliation of ZAFT, engulfing the Cosmic Era in war.
The player follows the story of a pilot who works from any of the three factions available in the game. Each faction offers a different narrative during the war, showcasing how these participants experience its devastating effect from their perspective.
