Etheria: Restart Gameplay

Etheria: Restart is a turn-based RPG similar to the styles of Honkai Star Rail and Persona. Players will control different characters called Animus in turn-based battle, allowing for tactical strategy per turn to allow synergies between one's party members.There will also be a real-time battle mode, where players can command the Animus in real-time, doing away with the traditional turn-based gameplay.

Each Animus will have its own 'Prowess' system that determines their growth and skill tree, of which players have the freedom to train and help their Animus accordingly to their liking.

The game is primarily a PvE experience where players work together to accomplish quests and fight in the wild, but there will be an Arena where players can test their mettle against each other th PvP battles and prove who's the better Hyperlinker.

Etheria: Restart Story Plot

With the world in danger of being fully covered in an eternal snowstorm, humans created Etheria, a virtual world where the flames of humanity could hope to stay lit. People would directly download their consciousness into the digital cyberscape, where skyscrapers, entertainment and business districts, and even city parks have been remade to reflect the lost cities that were once bustling with life. Within Etheria, powerful beings known as the Animus can control the Anima Power within, allowing them to have access to various powers. Together with humans, both species lived together in harmony.

However, the once peaceful escape from reality was brought to its knees when one day, a disaster known as the 'Genesis' started to corrupt the Animus, causing them to go berserk and harm humans. In order to quell the rampaging Animus, a task force that can connect with the Animus, known as the Hyperlinker Union, was founded.

Hyperlinkers now all over Etheria must work together amongst themselves and their companion Animus to stop the Genesis and rid of the out of countrol Animus causing chaos in the virtual world.
