Fable (2025) Gameplay
Similar to the other games in the series and as inferred from the trailers, the game will feature intense real-time combat, and exploring through the towns scattered throughout Albion. Although, we have yet to see confirmation of other aspects of Fable gameplay from the past iterations, such as a character creator and if you can be a villain this time around. Xbox Games Showcase 2024 Trailer - Humphry
The trailer features an interview with the retired great hero, Humphry, who reminisces about the past with his protégé, the player character. The interview is cut short when the player character interrupts with a chilling statement—"She's back." A dark threat now looms over Albion, and it's up to you to be the hero that everyone needs and to save the world from its imminent destruction.
Xbox Games Showcase 2023 Trailer - Dave
Fruit and vegetable enthusiast Dave is being interviewed about his dislike for heroes and that it’s the Age of Innovation when suddenly the tiny pipsqueak of a Hero accidentally alerts him to her trespassing. The Hero is then suddenly fighting for her life against the giant Dave through a number of obstacles, and luckily, she is victorious in the end.
