Arena Breakout: Infinite Gameplay
The core gameplay of Arena Breakout: Infinite revolves around two primary mission types: Tactical Ops and Covert Ops. Both modes adhere to the extraction mission formula, where players are spawned in random locations on the map and must navigate to extraction points while collecting loot and avoiding death.
In Tactical Ops, the main game mode, players take control of their customized character, equipped with their chosen loadout, for an extraction mission. Dropped into a random location, they explore the map, gather loot, and face threats from both other players and hostile NPCs. Success hinges on reaching the extraction point with their loot intact.
In Covert Ops, players take on the role of a Scav character equipped with free, low-level gear. This mode offers an opportunity to acquire higher-tier items for future Tactical Ops missions. Unlike Tactical Ops, NPCs in this mode remain non-hostile unless provoked, but players must use the randomized gear provided, and be mindful of which Scavs are actually players.
Both modes require players to manage key survival stats and meters, including hunger, thirst, carry weight, and the health of individual limbs. These can be maintained by scavenging items found throughout the map, but neglecting any of these stats can lead to severe consequences, such as slowed movement or sustained damage over time.
Successful extraction rewards players with any loot they manage to secure, which can be sold in the game’s internal market for currency. This currency can then be used to purchase upgraded gear, including better weapons, armor, bags, and attachments, enhancing the player’s chances in future missions.
Arena Breakout: Infinite Story Plot
