Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound Gameplay
The core gameplay of Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound is centered around the simplicity of arcade controls schemes, with what little gameplay shown in the game's trailer being limited to jumps, ledge grabs, attacks, projectile reflections, and projectile bouncing.
The game will feature other mechanics like a shop system that allows players to use the game's collectible currency to buy new weapons and modify the game, or even tweak their own stats. This installment also features the "Hypercharge" mechanic, which lets players instantly destroy high-health enemies by collecting them from lesser enemies.
Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound Story Plot
According to the game's official trailer, the story of Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound begins with Ryu Hayabusa journeying to America to fulfill his father's final wishes. In his absence, catastrophe strikes—the barrier separating the human and demon worlds collapses, unleashing a monstrous army upon the Hayabusa Village.
With the village facing annihilation, a young and determined ninja, Kenji Mozu, steps forward to defend his home. Taking up the mantle of hero in Ryu's absence, Kenji must rise to the challenge and confront the dark forces threatening the world.
