SMITE 2 moved onto Closed Alpha this past August 27, 2024 for the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, where those who have purchased access will be able to play all day, not limited to specific schedules weekends. It became available at around 9 a.m. EDT / 6 a.m. PDT.

It is unknown if the game will become available on Xbox Game Pass.

As of writing, it’s unconfirmed whether the game will become available for PS Plus, but a subscription will be needed to access its online features.

SMITE 2 has announced that the game will finally be fully available to play at all times once its Closed Alpha version is released on August 27, 2024.

SMITE 2 has revealed its numerous Founder Editions that will let fans play the game on select Alpha weekend until its release, among other freebies such as access to all heroes.
