Early Purchase Bonus
Purchasing the game, either digitally or physically, before 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time on April 6 will grant players an Early Purchase bonus, dubbed the Exploration Support Package. This contains the following in-game items:

Special Edition
There's currently no official word on a Special Edition for Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition. However, given the series' history and the fact that the Definitive Edition of the first game received one, it's possible one may be announced. Given that Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition didn't receive any post-launch DLC, it’s likely that Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition will follow suit. However, the game’s press release confirms that it will feature added story elements and other unspecified enhancements not present in the original Wii U release.
