Anniversary Livestream on October 10
Metaphor: ReFantazio will be having an online livestream to celebrate the game’s first anniversary. In a post on ATLUS’ official West Twitter (X) on October 8, the studio announced that the online anniversary celebration will go live on October 10 at 9:00 PM PT / 12:00 AM ET / 5:00 AM BST on ATLUS West’s official YouTube page.

Fans speculate that an announcement could be made regarding a DLC or a definitive version of the game. However, ATLUS has yet to disclose any information regarding the topics to be discussed in the livestream.
Considering Metaphor ReFantazio continues to receive "Very Positive" reviews on Steam and just recently won the Grand Award at Japan Game Awards 2025, it will not be surprising if ATLUS announces something major for their award-winning title.

Live Anniversary Event
Aside from the livestream, ATLUS will also hold a live event to commemorate Metaphor: ReFantazio’s first anniversary. As announced on ATLUS West’s official website, the celebration will take place on October 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM PDT at Round1 Burbank Town Center, California, USA.
The live event will feature special gifts for the fans, voice actor signings, and a live special program. Fans will get to interact with the voices behind the game’s characters, which includes Caleb Yen (main protagonist), Alejandra Reynoso (Gallica), and Greg Chun (More).
The event itself is free, but as of writing, tickets are already sold out. Those who will be attending must be at the venue at 6:30 PM to check-in.
