Playable Demo at PAX WEST 2025
Resident Evil Requiem (RE9) continues its hype as fans can experience the horror firsthand. Resident Evil and Capcom USA announced on Twitter (X) on August 12 that RE9’s first playable demo will be available at PAX WEST 2025 on August 19 - September 1 at the Seattle Convention Center.
Furthermore, there will be a CAPCOM Presents Panel on August 31 at 2 PM at the Main Theatre, where developers will share more details about the game. Other than RE9, playable demos for some of Capcom’s upcoming titles, such as Onimusha: Way of the Sword and PRAGMATA, will also be available at the event.
Exclusive Look At Gamescom 2025
Before its first playable demo at PAX WEST 2025, Capcom will feature RE9 at Gamescom 2025. In a Twitter (X) post on August 12, Gamescom host Geoff Keighley announced that RE9 will be featured during Gamescom’s opening night live on August 19 at 8 PM CEST / 7 PM BST / 2 PM ET / 11 AM PT.
