Chronoscript: The Endless End is an upcoming exploration-based 2D action-adventure game, set for release in 2026. Developed by DeskWorks and published by Shueisha Games, the game revolves around an editor who, after a peculiar request, leads him to a remote manor, finds himself trapped inside the pages of an unfinished, thousand-year-long manuscript.
As the "Editor," the players must unravel the mystery of this endless story and guide the narrative to its final chapter. The game features a striking hand-drawn pen-and-ink aesthetic and innovatively blends two dimensions: a 3D perspective for exploring the writer's manuscript-strewn mansion, and intricate 2D platforming and combat within the illustrated pages.
