Lorelei and the Laser Eyes Gameplay
Lorelei and the Laser Eyes is an adventure puzzle game that will feature over 100 handcrafted puzzles with shifting mechanics and perspectives. The game requires several skills put together to solve its puzzles, such as lateral thinking, common sense, observational skills, deductive reasoning, understanding of physics and mathematics, and memory. Almost all puzzles can be brute forced and 'guessed' in a way, but due to the amount of possible combinations they all could hold, it's almost unfeasible and impractical to exhaust each and every single possibility to go through the game without making use of one's brain.
The game provides its own glossary of knowledge that players might need, and therefore if given a bunch of symbols that the players might not be familiar with, say, Roman Numerals, a book about them can be acquired and be repeatedly utilized as a reference. The title provides apt difficulties in its puzzles as well as the fairness of textbook knowledge that a percentage of players might not be aware of.
Lorelei and the Laser Eyes Story
A young woman was summoned by a mysterious "Renzo" to come to central Europe. She is invited along other supposed candidates to participate in a grand project being held in an aging hotel. However, she soon discovers herself alone with the host, Renzo, and becomes embroiled in a game of nightmares. She must now venture deeper into the mysterious and haunting hotel to decipher every illusion and enigma in hopes of discovering a way out – or the truth.
