Following a series of blog posts that narrowed down the release date, Mafia: The Old Country is now confirmed to release on August 8, 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S. This was revealed by a gameplay trailer released on May 8, 2025. The game initially received a Summer 2025 release window during The Game Awards 2024.
