LIGHT OF MOTIRAM Release Date and Time
Launch Extremely Uncertain
LIGHT OF MOTIRAM was originally planned for release on PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices, but no official release date was ever announced.
The situation surrounding the title has changed drastically over the last few months. As of December 2025, the game’s future is extremely uncertain following a major legal battle with Sony that began in July 2025. The two parties reached a "confidential agreement" in December, and immediately following the settlement, LIGHT OF MOTIRAM was delisted from Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Although the official website remains online, it has been largely stripped of content. Tencent has also ceased all public promotion for the game.

Announcement History
December 18, 2025
Sony and Tencent have reached a confidential settlement in a lawsuit, where Sony accused Tencent's upcoming game, Light of Motiram, of being a "slavish clone" of the Horizon series. Following the agreement, the case has been dismissed and the game has been removed from major digital storefronts like Steam and the Epic Games Store.
