Persona 4 Revival is Real, and It Just Got Teased
Atlus has finally revealed Persona 4 Revival, a full remake of the 2008 RPG! Following months and months of speculation, the announcement confirmed the game is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, though the specified release date was not provided.
However brief the teaser may be, it still showcased the remake’s updated visuals that appear significantly better than its predecessor, Persona 3 Reload. Only a short preview of Yasogami High’s classrooms, Inaba’s streets, and stacks upon stacks of TVs were shown.

Beast of Reincarnation Revealed by Game Freak, Coming in 2026
Game Freak and fiction have finally lifted the cover for Project Bloom, revealing it as their latest action-adventure title, Beast of Reincarnation. Set in a post-apocalyptic Japan crawling with mutated creatures, Beast of Reincarnation sees Emma and her canine companion Koo forging ahead as humanity’s last hope for salvation.
Featuring fast-paced, technical RPG combat, Beast of Reincarnation will be gracing our screens through the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store) sometime in 2026. The game has also been confirmed to be coming out on the Xbox Game Pass on release.
Outer Worlds 2 Releases this October 29
The Outer Worlds 2 opened the Xbox Games Showcase 2025 with a fresh, thrilling look at gameplay—delivered by none other than Obsidian Entertainment. Launching October 29, 2025, the highly anticipated sequel will be available day one on Xbox and Xbox Game Pass.

The Xbox ALLY X Handheld Brings a New OS and Shape to the ASUS ROG ALLY
During the Xbox Games Showcase 2025, Microsoft dropped two brand-new-Xbox-branded-handhelds, created in collaboration with Asus. Dubbed the Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X, these portable devices appear to blend the best of Xbox and Windows into a more console-like experience. And yes—somewhere in the middle of the presentation, one of them was shown running Hollow Knight: Silksong. That's right. It's real. It exists. It was playable.
The two devices, born from Microsoft and Asus' joint initiative codenamed Project Kennan, were designed with one thing in mind: to create a more unified interface tailored for handheld gaming. Both handhelds launch directly into a full-screen Xbox interface that puts your game library front and center, including titles from Game Pass, Steam, Epic Games Store, Battle.net, and more.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Releases This Year Instead of Modern Warfare 4
David Mason from Black Ops 2 returns in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the first consecutive release within the Black Ops sub-series. 40 years after the events of last year’s Black Ops 6, specifically in 2035, Mason and his team must confront an enemy that weaponizes fear.
The trailer gave glimpses into the more futuristic and psychedelic tone of the upcoming game. It’ll feature actor Milo Ventimiglia as David Mason, with Kiernan Shipka and Michael Rooker also confirmed for the cast.

Invincible VS is set to launch in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
Inspired by Robert Kirkman's critically acclaimed comic series and the hit Amazon Prime adaptation, Invincible VS is a 3v3 tag-based fighting game that brings the brutal, high-impact action of the Invincible universe to the arena. Grounded 2 Early Access Arrives on July 29
Grounded 2 continues Obsidian Entertainment’s inventive take on backyard survival, expanding on the “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” concept with new tools, mechanics, and dangers. Returning protagonists—the four teens—must once again navigate the oversized world of Dr. Wendell Tully’s backyard, where every blade of grass is a towering obstacle and every bug could be a deadly predator.

There are No Ghosts at the Grand Coming in 2026
There are No Ghosts at the Grand is a musical hotel restoration game following the inheritance of the dilapidated Grand Hotel. Here, players will be renovating the establishment by day and contending with the supernatural at night as Chris David, a young American man invited by his British family to restore the hotel within a 30-day and 30-night cycle.
In the morning, players will be using a suite of talking tools like sandblasters and paint sprayers to clean, repair, and redecorate. These tools, however, also function as weapons when night falls, as players confront ghosts and Lovecraftian horrors!

Clockwork Revolution was officially unveiled with a new trailer, offering a closer look at its narrative and gameplay. This first-person action RPG is set to launch on Xbox Series X|S and will be available day one on Xbox Game Pass.
Set in the slums of Avalon—known as the Tangle—the story follows Morgan Vanette, a rebel aligned with the Rotten Row Hooligans. The city is under the control of Lady Ironwood, a powerful figure who has manipulated time to reshape history in her favor, keeping the poor oppressed while enriching herself. The Blood of Dawnwalker is scheduled to release in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, and is available to wishlist now.
This single-player open-world RPG is set in a dark fantasy universe where you play as Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker—a being caught between humanity and vampirism. Armed with a mix of combat skills and supernatural abilities, you’ll face off against both humans and monsters while trying to protect those you care about.
However, the greatest threat of all is the sunlight itself—a deadly force that can end your journey in an instant.
Gears of War Reloaded Launches August 26
Gears of War: Reloaded returns players to the war-torn world of Sera with a fully reimagined experience. Launching on August 26, 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud), the remake features modern upgrades including 4K visuals with Dolby Vision, 120 FPS support, split-screen co-op, cross-platform play, and cross-progression.
Combat has been refined for smoother gameplay, and all post-launch content from the original game is included at no extra cost. This includes a bonus campaign act, multiplayer maps, characters, and cosmetics.
A two-weekend multiplayer beta begins June 13, available to Game Pass Ultimate and PC members, digital owners of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, and those who pre-order Gears of War: Reloaded.
Elder Scrolls Online Invites Players to the Seasons of the Worm Cult Expansion this June
ZeniMax Online Studios premiered a new gameplay trailer for The Elder Scrolls Online: Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025. The trailer showcased the many ways players can explore Tamriel, whether solo or alongside the ESO community. This followed the expansion’s launch on PC and Mac on June 2, which introduced the Western Solstice zone and continued the main storyline first begun over a decade ago.
The update is set to arrive on consoles on June 18. All players received the free Update 46 base-game patch, which added the new Subclassing system, allowing players to mix and match class Skill Lines. Returning players also benefited from the Hero’s Return system, which offered in-game rewards to help them jump back into the adventure with ease.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants Arrives This September 4
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants is an upcoming story expansion that dives deeper into the lore of the Nephilim Order, a society of giants introduced in the main game. This time, Indie will be travelling to Rome. Not only will he be exploring the city, but he will also be diving down into the infamous Cloaca Maxima, Rome’s historical sewer system.
As revealed during the showcase, it will be released this September 4, 2025 for the PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Ninja Gaiden 4 Arrives on October 21
Ninja Gaiden is back with its latest installment, Ninja Gaiden 4, marking the comeback of its intense, no-holds-barred, high-speed combat alongside an engaging adventure.
Players step into the role of Yakumo, a young warrior from the Raven ninja clan, in the aftermath of the Dark Dragon's demise. As ancient forces stir once more, the legendary Ryu Hayabusa returns, his fate now intertwined with Yakumo’s in a battle that spans generations.
NINJA GAIDEN 4 brings back the series' signature fast-paced combat, with the return of Bloodbind Ninjutsu and Ninpo arts, enhanced for a new era. Joining the fight is Seori, a brand-new character whose role in the unfolding conflict adds new layers to the narrative. Players can also expect intense boss battles, refined mechanics, and a deeper look into the mythos of the Ninja Gaiden universe.

Keeper, Coming October 17
Play as a walking lighthouse complete with a seabird companion in Keeper! In this surreal, otherworldly adventure, step into the role of the forgotten lighthouse who has awakened the ability to tread on two feet. With a malevolent presence threatening to spread throughout the remote isle, the Lighthouse, whose inner light wards off the darkness, and its unlikely ally, a smart and dextrous seabird, embark on a long journey to the island’s core to discover what exactly is going on.
Keeper is slated for release this year on October 17th on Steam and Xbox.

Fallout 76 Latest Update Gone Fission is Out Now
Bethesda Game Studios premiered the launch trailer for Fallout 76's latest update—Gone Fission—during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025, bringing the relaxing summer pastime of fishing to the Wasteland. Released on June 3, the update is available for free across all platforms, inviting players to explore the cozier side of Appalachia through new fishing adventures. With different bait, weather conditions, rods, and locations affecting fish spawns, players can hook everything from common catches to monthly-rotating Axolotls and elusive Local Legends.
The update also introduced Fisherman's Rest, a brand-new location in the Mire. There, players can meet Linda-Lee, a giant hermit crab who offers Legendary items in exchange for collected Fish Bits. Gone Fission adds a fresh and whimsical twist to Fallout 76, offering both seasoned and returning players a laid-back way to engage with the game’s world.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Final Fantasy 16 Coming To Xbox
Square Enix brings two of their most recent Final Fantasy titles with Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade and Final Fantasy 16. FF7 Remake Intergrade includes both the base game and the Intermission story episode that expands upon the narrative of the title. FF7 Remake Intergrade is set to release in Winter on Xbox Series X|S.
Meanwhile, Xbox will have FF16’s Complete and Standard editions digitally. It will also feature Xbox Play Anywhere. allowing players to have the game across Xbox consoles and PC. FF16 is now available on Xbox Series X|S.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4 Skates its Way this July 4
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 launches on July 4, 2025 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
This enhanced collection features revamped visuals, new skaters including Rayssa Leal, and expanded trick sets. Players can shred through classic levels like Foundry and College, now reimagined with modern detail and accompanied by a fresh, high-energy soundtrack.
The game supports online multiplayer for up to 8 players and introduces significant quality-of-life improvements. The Create-A-Skater and Create-A-Park modes have been expanded, now allowing players to design custom goals and share them online. A new Game+ mode adds further replayability.
The Foundry Demo is available now, and the full game will launch day one on Xbox Game Pass.
Age of Mythology: Retold - Heavenly Spear Expansion Drops This Fall 2025
The already humongous game Age of Mythology: Retold is getting an expansion in Heavenly Spear. This DLC will bring the Japanese pantheon to the title and a new 12-mission campaign that follows Yasuko, a farmer’s daughter who uncovers a magical spear. This will lead her to confront various mythological threats, including the spider Yokai Magumo, the warlord Kagemasa, and ultimately, Yamata no Orochi, the Japanese Pantheon’s Titan.
The expansion is set to release in Fall 2025 across PC, PS5, and Xbox series X|S.
Sea of Thieves’ New Season, Smuggler’s Tide, is Swinging in This August 2025
Better batten down the hatches—Sea of Thieves sets sail into uncharted waters this August 2025 with Season 17: Smuggler’s Tide.
This explosive new season introduces the Smuggler’s League, a shadowy faction recruiting only the boldest pirates to handle jobs too dangerous for the rest. Expect high-stakes missions, risky cargo, and some of the most volatile explosives ever seen on the seas. Crews can take on new Smuggler’s Voyages, where the goal is to salvage—or steal—these black market goods and deliver them into the wrong hands… for the right price.
One wrong move, though, and it's all going up in smoke. Season 17: Smuggler’s Tide launches this August as a free update for all players.

MUDANG: Two Hearts, formerly known as EVR Studio’s Project TH, has finally been revealed.. Based on the famous Moodang webtoon and set in a unified Nation of Korea, MUDANG: Two Hearts features Ji Jeong Tae, a former North Korean soldier, as he embarks on a fast-paced, high-stakes, international mission with Gavi, a member of a rising K-Pop star called ORDO; and a mysterious terrorist who is known as “ID: Ghost”, across a spanning, third-person combat loop. The game is built using Unreal Engine 5 and utilizes the studio’s proprietary performance capture pipeline

Cronos: The New Dawn Coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox this Fall 2025
Cronos: The New Dawn is a third-person survival horror game launching Fall 2025 for PC and consoles. Set in an eerie Eastern European retro-futurist world, time itself becomes both a deadly weapon and a relentless adversary.
Players take on the role of a Traveler working for a mysterious organization known as the Collective. Tasked with venturing into devastated wastelands, Travelers must locate time rifts to eliminate terrifying anomalies across the past, present, and future—while salvaging what little remains of humanity. Chief among the threats are the Orphans, grotesque, time-warped creatures that haunt every era.
The game’s debut trailer offers a chilling glimpse into this nightmare, as the Traveler descends into an Orphan nest, confronting the horrors lurking within. Prepare to fight across shifting timelines in a world where every second could be your last.
