Valve Announced Upcoming Steam Sales For The Rest Of 2025
Seasonal Sale Starts on March 13, 2025
Valve posted on their Steamworks documentation the upcoming Steam events for 2025 on February 14, 2025. Steam will once again hold its seasonal sale starting with the Spring Sale on March 13, 2025. Games released 30 days before the event starts are eligible to participate with a discount.
● Spring Sale: March 13 - March 20, 2025
● Summer Sale: June 26 - July 10, 2025
● Autumn Sale: September 29 - October 6, 2025
● Winter Sale: December 18, 2025 - January 5, 2026
Every year, Steam holds various sales on its gaming platform. Seasonal sales are a recurring event on Steam and players mark their calendars to take advantage of games and hardware going on sale. PC gamers look forward to massive discounts and freebies during these times.
Couch Co-Op Fest And Other Themed Fests On The Way
Steam is currently holding its two-player themed fest with Couch Co-Op Sale. The event started on February 10, 2025 and will last until February 17, 2025, featuring "Games that you can play together - on the couch or miles apart through the computer." Notable games in the sale are Sack Boy: A Big Adventure, Baldur’s Gate 3, Overcooked 2, and more.
Themed sale events highlight specific categories of games. Games that are included will be featured on Steam’s homepage and organized into sub-categories for the duration of the sale.
Steam wanted to remind its fans about the upcoming fests they previously announced for the first half of 2025.

Steam Next Fest Begins February 24, 2025
Steam holds three Steam Next Fest events each year, with the first one coming soon on February 24, 2025. Steam Next Fest is a weeklong celebration of upcoming games, where players can try out demos, watch live streams from developers, and wishlist games that they are interested in. It is an opportunity for developers to get valuable feedback from players and have them hyped up on their future releases on Steam.
