Pokémon Legends: Z-A Pre-Order Issues and Day One Patch
Canceled Pre-Orders

Pokémon Legends: Z-A is now releasing globally, but before its launch, some fans noticed that their pre-orders were suddenly canceled. As posted by Redditor Ok-Salamander-6604 on r/LegendsZA, their husband and brothers’ pre-orders for the Switch 1 version of Pokémon Legends: Z-A were canceled, but their Switch 2 version pre-order still holds.
Fans flocked to the thread, sharing similar experiences of their pre-orders being called off for no substantial reason. Most theorize that this may be due to the Pokémon Company running out of stock for the Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile Plushes, which are a pre-order bonus for the game.
The majority of these pre-orders were placed through the Pokémon Center online store. Some even reported that the status of their orders was tagged as "received" even though they were canceled.

The original poster tried to contact the game’s support center but has yet to receive a response. Recent comments got more bizarre, as others received notices of cancellation but were still issued a tracking number.
Fans are growing anxious due to the questionable status of their orders as launch day approaches. Regardless, many are still excited to get their hands on the latest title of the Pokémon franchise, especially with the return and new additions of Mega Evolution.
