Heartopia Confirms My Little Pony Collaboration
Arrives In Time For Valentine’s Day
Heartopia has revealed a collaboration with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic beginning February 14 and running through March 15, with developer XD Entertainment also confirming a pre-event that began on February 7.
Ahead of the crossover, players can take part in a week-long pre-launch login event, where they can complete daily sign-in puzzles to earn Time-Limited Exhibition Passes, a gacha currency used for limited banner pulls. Completing all puzzles unlocks a limited-edition pet costume for Spike, Twilight Sparkle’s dragon companion and younger brother.
A newly released trailer offers a closer look at the collaboration, showing the Tree of Harmony, a key location from the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic universe, arriving in Whale Island after being transported through a mysterious portal. Players are tasked with restoring the Tree so it can be returned to Equestria, where it truly belongs.

Participants take part in the event through Heartopia’s D.G. Guild, the game’s progression and exploration system, with the ponies relying on its members for help. Players work to master the six Elements of Harmony—Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Generosity, Loyalty, and Magic—through daily sensing or daily interaction at the Tree of Harmony. These Elements are then used to restore the Tree’s energy, raising its Energy Progress Bar and unlocking event rewards such as Time-Limited Exhibition Passes and Moonlight Crystals.
Interacting further with the Tree by watering and resonating with it also grants Badge Pull Tokens, which can be used to obtain Pony Series badges. Completing one of the three Pony Series badge sets awards ten Time-Limited Exhibition Passes while collecting all Pony Series badges unlocks the Town Collaboration Series achievement badges.

Several additional special events are included as part of the collaboration, including the Little Pony Badge Collection. The trailer also showcases Mane Six–themed vehicles inspired by Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash, plus a seventh car alongside the others, though no additional details have been provided by XD Entertainment.
Six non-replacement gacha pools will arrive on February 14, each themed after a member of the Mane Six and containing five outfit pieces and one vehicle.

Released on January 7 for mobile platforms and January 16 on Steam, Heartopia is a free-to-play multiplayer slow-life simulation centered on relaxed, cooperative activities in a shared online world. Since launch, the game has reached an all-time peak of 66,000 players at the time of writing.
