Zoopunk Overview
Zoopunk is an upcoming 3D Action-Adventure/Action RPG developed by TiGames, known for the critically acclaimed Metroidvania, F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch. The game serves as a prequel to F.I.S.T., diving into the origins of its distinctive "Animal Punk" universe.
The dieselpunk setting of Torch City is central to the narrative, which chronicles the turbulent beginnings of the First Torch War; players must navigate this conflict sparked by the unstable fire seed energy,
which has awakened mechanical debris into self-aware, devastating war machines, forcing rival animal factions to unite against this new threat and reclaim the future of their world.
Departing from the 2D Metroidvania style of its predecessor, the gameplay features fast-paced, third-person action combat where players command a diverse team of anthropomorphic animal heroes, including the returning protagonist, Rayton the Rabbit. This new focus on 3D action, diverse playable characters, and a Dual Frontline Battle system, alongside rewarding exploration across war-torn landscapes, differentiates it as a high-octane prequel.
