UNYIELDER Overview
UNYIELDER is an action-packed roguelite with looter-shooter elements, developed by TrueWorld Studios and published by Shueisha, the manga publishing company. It was released on September 29, 2025 for the PC via Steam and Epic Games, and currently has no plans to launch for consoles in the foreseeable future.
UNYIELDER takes place in the ruined capital city of Antarctica, Erebus. After decades of apocalyptic-level events transpiring within the region, it finally collapsed in 1972, and is currently a wasteland of abandoned tower-derelicts submerged in ‘Pneuma,’ the byproduct of entropic weapons.
Armed with unique guns and an ever-evolving playstyle gained from those previously slain, players must venture through Erebus and defeat all those who stand against them, all the while constructing a final encounter that they themselves have wrought upon themselves.

UNYIELDER Gameplay
UNYIELDER is a first-person boss-rush roguelite with looter-shooter elements with an emphasis on its movement mechanics. Players must go through boss after boss and defeat them in order to discover more powerful weapons, as well as receive special perks that alter their playstyle. Players can switch between weapons in rapid succession in order to deliver a constant barrage of damage upon enemies.
As each enemy falls, players must choose a part of them that will be used to build the final boss of a run, essentially giving players the ability to create their own endboss. Strategically choose components and succeed in the boss-rush by defeating your own creation which you wrought.
