TRON: Catalyst is an isometric action-adventure game based on Disney's TRON franchise. It tells a new story within the expansive and distinct Arq Grid, a setting first introduced in TRON: Identity by Bithell Games, and will act as a direct sequel to the game.
Take on the role of Exo, a resilient program with a growing, unexpected power: the Glitch. The Arq Grid's desperate overlords want to harness your abilities, but you'll use them to ride Light Cycles, engage in Identity Disc combat, and more. With the malevolent program Conn hot on your heels, you'll journey through the city and beyond, uncovering the secrets of the glitches that endanger this crumbling society.

TRON: Catalyst Gameplay
TRON: Catalyst shifts from its predecessor, TRON: Identity's, visual novel format to a more action-oriented, isometric adventure experience. Play as Exo, a resilient program, navigating the Arq Grid through a blend of combat, exploration, and unique puzzle-solving.
Combat in TRON: Catalyst centers on Exo's Identity Disc, which can be used for both close-quarters attacks and ricocheting ranged throws, along with defensive dodges and parries. Players will navigate a neon-lit city using parkour or by summoning a Light Cycle for fast travel and combat. Exo's unique "Glitch" power enables time manipulation and loops, important to solving puzzles by restarting sections with retained knowledge. The game also emphasizes narrative, offering dialogue choices, character interactions, and a focus on uncovering the secrets of the Glitch and the deteriorating society.
