Empyreal Overview
Empyreal is an action-adventure RPG set in an unexplored planet situated in the far reaches of the galaxy, where a massive Monolith built by a lost civilization sits abandoned. Two years ago, an ambitious Expedition was sent to discover and learn more about the mysterious structure, only to be nearly wiped out. Now only with a number of people left, they still try to press on with their mission, no matter how bleak the outcome. Until…an elite mercenary arrives on the planet and fires the flames of ambition yet again.
As the elite mercenary, players are tasked to venture inside the inner workings of the Monolith and find out its secrets while battling the automatons that strive to keep the lost remnants sealed forever.

Empyreal Gameplay
With a blend of familiar RPG gameplay systems and skill-based combat, Empyreal’s battles require players to master its flow with perfectly timed attacks, parries, and deflects, complemented by the various Abilities that they can learn throughout the game. While most Abilities are easy to acquire, more powerful ones are hidden and require extra work. Aside from the combat aspect, players will also engage in crafting, NPC quest lines that reveal more lore about the Expedition itself and the Monolith, and asynchronous features where players are able to help out other players despite being a singleplayer game.
