The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy, is a 2025 tactical RPG turn-based about 15 students being tasked with defending a school from grotesque monsters for 100 days. the gameplay is similar to that of the recent Fire Emblem games. Combat will primarily be in a strategy RPG format with characters that are differentiated by their unique abilities and skills.
Outside of combat, the game will have a social aspect where you can get to know the other students in the team, or spend your time exploring the ruins and forests outside of the academy. Later on, you will have to make decisions that will determine the outcome of the future, but the consequences of your choices will not be revealed to you beforehand.
Weapons
Hemoanima
One of the game's core mechanics is Hemoanima, a mysterious energy that grants users extraordinary abilities. When activated, it solidifies the user's class armor and weapons, manifesting in unique forms based on the wielder. This power also enables them to unleash their specialized skills, making it essential for combat against the School Invaders.
Infuser
The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy- Story
Infusers, also known as Hematorphic Infusion Blades, are specialized weapons designed for the students to pierce themselves, replacing their blood with Hemoanima. This process grants them enhanced abilities, allowing them to harness their full combat potential.
Plot Summary
Takumi Sumino is an average teenager living in the Tokyo Residential Complex. He lives an average life of comfort and peace, as nothing bad ever happens. Everything changes, however, when grotesque monsters suddenly attack the peaceful town and start destroying everything around them. A strange creature suddenly appears before Takumi, calling itself Sirei, offering him the power to protect those he holds dear. In return, he has to stab himself in the chest.
Takumi is suddenly transported to the Last Defense Academy, located in the middle of nowhere, with flames encircling the school’s perimeter. He and fourteen other chosen students have been recruited into the Special Defense Unit, a special team made to keep the school safe for the next hundred days. With limited time to get to know each other, the students must band together to fulfill their duties to save the world and take back their normal lives.

In The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy, the Special Defense Unit consists of fifteen students, including the protagonist, Takumi Sumino. Tasked with protecting their school from enigmatic entities known as School Invaders,
these students wield a unique power called Hemoanima,
bestowed upon them by a mysterious entity known as Sirei, the school's enigmatic mascot. As the last line of defense for humanity, their success is paramount—failure is not an option, as it would signal the end of mankind.

School Invaders
School Invaders are enigmatic creatures whose motives remain unknown, yet they relentlessly attempt to breach Last Defense Academy. Their origins and objectives are shrouded in mystery, posing a constant threat to the institution and those who defend it.
Commanders
Commanders are the leaders who oversee and control the School Invaders. Impervious to conventional weapons, they can only be harmed through the students' unique powers of Hemoanima.
