The Hidden Ones Gameplay
Project: The Outcast is an action fighting game where strategy and patience is the key to victory. Players must constantly measure themselves against the opponent and make their moves at opportune moments to avoid punishment. Each character’s kit includes combo strings, unique skills, dashes, ultimate moves, grabs, multiple stances, and other fighting game staples mixed with RPG elements.
Each fight will be fast-paced, heavily inspired by traditional Kung Fu while flourished with tech, gimmicks, magical powers and elements that add to the exhilaration, complexity, and depth of the fights.
The Hidden Ones Story
Project: The Outcast is the video game adaptation of the martial arts anime The Outcast, and will most likely cover its plot events across the show’s first two seasons. It’s a story that begins with an ordinary person's encounter with the peculiar, leading to the discovery of hidden powers and the entrance into a secretive society of unique individuals.
The narrative explores themes of identity and power, framed by intense conflicts and ancient philosophies. As alliances form and rivalries emerge, the characters uncover hidden truths about their world and their roles within it, blending action-packed battles with moments of introspection and mysticism.
